Imagine you could grow only one kind of vegetable...yup, just imagine for the sake of it. What would you grow?

Hmmmmmy would have to be good old boring potatoes, couldnt live without chips and mash lol

Yes, I would go for the poatatoes, too.
Allthough oriental greens come a close second.

I'd have to go with tomatoes , for pasta sauce an chili, but I just can't wait for that first tomatoe/mayo sandwich of the year! Melons would run a very close second.lol

Potatoes first and foremost. But, failing that, Cucumbers - so I'd have something to go with my salmon sandwiches.
