if you'll be a vegetable, what will you be and why?

just for fun, if one day, we will become vegetables, what vegetable would you like to be and why? will you be a flower, fruit, leaf, stem or root vegetable?

i wasnt so sure.....my sentimental favorites are radish, and i will keep my upper part of the bulb over the soil so i could see what's going on over the earth, while my roots under the soil so id always feel cool and nourished. but id hate it when it's harvest time, and humans will uproot me and my fellows just to eat us...i think that would be cruel.

but then i realized that if your ultimate purpose for living is to feed humans and beasts alike, dying that way would be very heroic and unselfish. so Id stick to being a down to earth radish
