Default Crimea Plant??

Does anyone know the latin name of this plant?

Here is a short discription of it.

It's a creamy flower that loves the spot next to the road edge. At first sight, you might think it's cow parsley, but it's more creamy and the flowers are more compact. Cow parsley likes it further to the rear of the road verges
