Unhappy too many leaves

Hi, i built my own diy polytunnel last year but was a bit late planting everything so it wasn't a great harvest. The problem this year is that there lots of leaves and not much veg, this goes for the broccoli, beetroot and cauliflower. and some plants are going to seed like my lettuce and spinage. What am i doing wrong? is the tunnel to hot? and one other thing last year my tomato plants got blight. Can anyone help me.

Good evening Haf and welcome to the site. It sounds to me like too high a temperature and not enough water.
