Default Growing and looking after Cumin

Hi, i've managed to 'cultivate' some cumin plants. 3 died off and the other 3 aren't far behind. though they have in fact come to flower, more or less. Has anyone else managed to raise cumin and if so how did you get on?

Note: I only used the seeds from my local asian supermarket, seeds i normal use in my cooking. Nothing special.

Never tried it Danny. I can get them so cheaply from the Asian supermarket that I never bothered. I have however thought about growing fresh fenugreek leaves. Apparently they are quite easy from the seeds you buy there.

indeed they are cheap. i just thought i'd plant a few a see how they get on. I also tried black and green cardoman and pepper corns. Though no joy and they all take years to fruit where as cumin seems to have better results. i may well try the fenugreek one just to see if anything happens. i'll let you know how i get on.
