Chamomile

I was given a lovely Jenier tea pot and cups for Christmas with a nice selection of herbal and fruit teas. I just wanted to share that since drinking Chamomile tea I've gone from smoking 40 a day to 2 a day Does Chamomile stop you from wanting to smoke? I'm also a lot calmer

Strangely enough, I found that when I gave up sugar, I no longer craved a fag when having a cuppa. A couple of months later Id given up the weed too. That was 13 years ago.
