Default Anise Hyssop

Has anyone grown anise hyssop? I planted one in the Spring and just used it to make tea. It tastes great. What else could I use it for?

It's great as a garnish with salad and fruit dishes. Also great with vaious meat dishes, especially chicken. Fish too.

Great ideas. How do you use the Hyssop with the fish?
