Chive seeds

I have two well established Chive plants in my garden, both had lovely flowers this year.

They have all dried and so I was dead-heading and collecting the little black seeds.

Now, pressumably I could sow these? Any hints / tips. do I need to save them for next year? Put the in a dark place?!
