I hope someone can help me identify what this herb is in my garden. Its on the far left adn is tall and leggy with little white flowers and funny little green sort of berries - a bit like tiny gooseberries which have just appeared. Ive got chives on the right of it which you will see but no idea what it is! Any help appreciated.
thank you Lisa :-) http://www.wildaboutbritain.co.uk/archive/showphoto.php/photo/139007[/IMG] |

I'm no expert but it looks similar to what my rocket and spinach did. I think the "berries" are probably seed pods. The only difference is my rocket and spinach also had their distinctive leaves too.
Whatever it is I think it's bolted (gone to seed) and probably isn't edible now - could it be corriander? I know that's notorious for bolting. |

Looks like coriander to me. Did you sow some coriander? It goes to seed very quickly.
