Default Growing peas in a dustbin

Hi Folks,

Any tips for this idea?
I have just harvested my potato's and I am going to use one of the dustbins for either peas or runner beans

Try it and let us know how you get on. I think you can grow anything in pots or bins just make sure you look after them like all things.

No a dustbin just won't do !

We harvested our peas recently after planting about 32 plants in 4 containers. Neither 1 dustbin nor 4 containers is enough !!

YOU NEED A FIELD !!!

Do you mean you'll be using the soil from the potatoes as well?

I have a load of soil and compost mixture from growing spuds which I think I can then use for carrots next year but I will be asking the question soon as to what will grow.

I don't want to grow spuds next year as it is at least three years on the trot so I'm asking for it with disease.
