Hungarian Wax Chillies

Hiya

This is the first year I have grown chillies as my hubby got me a chilli set for my Christmas to experiment with. One of the varieties was Hungarian Wax, which have came on quite well. I actually have one plant in the GH that has at least 10 chillies on it, at varying sizes.

My query is though, when do you know they are ready to be harvested? I haven't got a clue and the instructions were quite poor. I read somewhere that these chillies are yellow and they do seem to be going that colour but on the other hand, I've read some recipes that say they are red!
