Time for a bit of cleaning - what do you think?

Hi all,

I've got to clean some of my tools and would like your advice please...:

* The bottom of my water can is covered with green mould
* Some of my unused bamboo canes and wooden canes show signs of grey mould (they were left somewhere a bit damp)

I've just cleaned them with warm soapy water, do you think that's enough?
Is it worth buying some horticultural cleanser?
I've heard about Jeyes Fluid somewhere but I'm not sure how good it is.
