Default Spring Onions

Sorting out a patch of my garden ready for next plantings, got aquite a few spring onions that were left.

What I want to know is whats the best way to store the bulbs to plant next time?

Spring onions are grown from seed - do you mean onion sets for planting in the spring ?

Yes, I found about half a dozen left in the weeds, they must be eaten this year as I don't think they store.
Next year you will sow new seeds.
