What is the ideal temperature to germinate celery seed at?Thanks in advance.

An ideal temperature would be around 16-21 celcius (60-70 farenheit). So on a sunny windowsill or airing cupboard/boiler would be good

use a propogator if you can windowsills often draw seeds into leggy growth
