Default Time to move my tomatoes outdoors?

Well my 9 tomato seeds have all germinated and they stand at around an inch tall now. I have them in 3in pots, 3 seedlings per pot...

I was wondering, is now a good time for me to separate them out into their own, larger, pots and pop them into the cold store or should I let them grow on for a while on the window ledge?

When they get their next set of leaves pot them on into individual pots with the lowest leaves just above the surface of the compost and keep them warm. Dont put them out until all chance of frost has finished about end of April early May.
