Default Kohlrabi.

Can the tops of kohlrabi be used for any culinary purpose?

Chop them up very fine and eat them as a salad.

If you are going to eat them like spinach, I would remove the center stem which can be a little unpleasant. I quite liked Recipe: Kohlrabi Greens with Toasted Sesame Oil and Soy Sauce :: Ivy Manning :: Culinate this when I tried it.
