What's your favourite pea and bean variety
I want to write a blog posting on my blog about favourite pea and bean varieties. What are your favourites and why?

Hi VG, my favourite broad bean varieties are Masterpiece Green Longpod and Imperial Green Longpod as they taste gorgeous and there is usually about 8 - 9 beans per pod. My favourite french bean variety is Blue Lake - they taste fabulous, are self pollinating and high yielding.

Hi Lesley - thanks for that. I've also grown blue lake and they are great. I love broad beans - will try the broad beans this year or next
