Default Newbie Help

Got these cherry tomato plants. i'm guessing they are bush variety so don't need pinching out? they are an outdoor variety but i'm worried if i put them out to soon they are just going to get battered by the wind/rain?

My cucumbers, they are flowering but are still really small??

And i've got chillis, and peppers but i don't know which are which

And also something is happening to my strawberries

if the tom plants came from a greenhouse they might need to be hardened off for a few days before they get left out for good, but they should be ok. do you have the name of the variety? there are bush and cordon types for outside.

the cucumbers look alright, but they will need bigger pots/planting out soon. also depending on the variety you might have to remove the male flowers.

i'm not aware of a way to tell peppers from chillies except waiting to see what the fruit looks like.

the strawberry looks like a slug has paid a visit.

You harden the plants off by putting them outside on a nice day, then bring them in at night, do this over a week and then leave the plants outside overnight slowly they harden-off and you can plant them outside.

Unfortunately ive had the pepper chilli problem in the past and unless you find an expert (even then its hard) the only thing you can do is wait and see what starts to develop. That said, both chilli and pepper plants enjoy the same growing environment so dont panic too much.
