Default my first ever potatoes

dug my first potatoe plant up before(couldnt wait the antisipation killin me )
ok so there not going to feed my family for a week hell they not going to feed me for 1 meal but hey i grew them and proud i am of them as well
going to leave the rest in for longer though

Dont eat the green one,(poisonous),caused by exposure to light.

wow is that true about the green 1 thanks for that johnmichael didnt know that
and i hope they taste nice aswell husker having them tomorow lol

It's true about the green ones they aren't good for you. But I just cut the green off and use the rest of the potato. No waste in our houshold

Well done for growing your first potaoes.

Nice job.
I will try to plant in the comming days.hey how you planted it ?we use potato top where the leafs grow and then we insert it in the soil.
do you use potatoe seeds ?

sound stupid i planted them in a prepared area fenced off from dog after a few weeks begin earthing-up as for the potatoes i bought the seeded potatoes (think that's what there called) from Wilkinson can not remember how much about £1.99 as its the first time growing my own veg i didnt want to go out and spend a fortune on seeds and that till i get better at it so all thing im happy upto now lol
