I would treat it how you have been doing. Not all flowers will set.

Hi Shaun,

Do Not make the mistake of giving your plants tooo much water, if they are flowering and fruiting ok?
(Chilli Plants do not like "Soaking Feet)

"Feeding" (regular with a drink, every 7-10 days) should surfice, unless your plants, start to show signs of Distress,

The advice here, would be to remove any chillies that are nearly done (semi-ripe), letting them ripen off the plant, Thus giving every chance to the slower developing fruits.

"Hand Pollination" maybe the answer to the remaining flowers to get them to fruit, however,,,as you have a number of maturing fruits, this is probably the reason, All Energy is directed within the plant to get some fully developed fruit, to ensure the "Next Generation" (Via Seed).

No expert here, but hope the above helps, cheers stupo.
