Default 2009 Potato Days

As the weather starts(?) to turn wintery we can think about the next growing season and if you haven't visited a Potato Day then why not give it a go in 2009?

At www.potatoday.org you'll find details of the one with the most varieties (140 for the last 3 years) and a link (Details of the UK's other Potato Days are here) to a page of others up and down the country. The ones listed all offer at least 50 varieties and the chance to buy individual tubers to try new varieties without having to buy enough seed for an entire allotment. They will all give you advice on the varieties - some ahve activities for the kids, cookery desmos, tastings .....

Phil

Thanks Phil - I've added the potato days that I didn't already have the details for to our calendar.
