On Sunday forget about the freezing cold weather and transport yourself to the tropics when the Bristol Botanic Garden hosts a Special Sunday Opening. Visiting the gardens glasshouses will take you through the Amazon rainforest, the world's cloud forests or the highveld in South Africa, not forgetting the magical world of tropical foods.

There is a tour of the gardens at 11am.
