National Vegetable Society championships August 27/28/29 2011

The National Championships of the NVS will be held at the Royal Pavillion in Llangollen on August Bank Holiday weekend.

Britain's best growers will be competing for the various classes and there will be some amazing veg on display from onions the size of footballs to carrots over 5' long.

A farmers' market is running alongside the event.
