Hi, I've tried growing them in containers which has worked ok, but all of a sudden the flowers are withering and dropping off. Will the courgettes carry on growing or should I pick them now although they're small?

Courgettes once they are formed and growing will keep growing unil they become huge. Are the flowers withering and falling off the plants (without forming courgettes) or falling off the end of the courgettes?

They're falling off the end of the courgettes.

As long as the courgettes are formed and growing, so they are baby courgettes, then it is okay for the flower to wither and fall off. The courgettes will carry on growing. Sometimes when the withered flower stays on the end of the courgette it can cause a rot to begin on the courgette so it's best that they are falling off.
