Help for a beginer

Hi there everyone, Im Gary and this is the first time ive done anything like this. I was just wondering if i could ask for some advice, i've just started growing my own veg, the thing is i dont have much space and would really like to know what i can grow and when just so i can get the most out of my space as i can, .. I know that different verieties of veg can be grow for spring or early summer and some later and later on in the year but for the life of me i have not got a clue ... so i ask please for some guidence
