Hello from Rexy

Well here goes,been surfing a while so i thought i'd say hello.
got a small veggie plot at the rear of my property.I actually dug up half of my lawn.The plot is now 6 ins.higher than the lawn due to adding 2 tonnes sand 2 tonnes of farmyard manure and home compost.
Had the usual pigeon versus broccolli problems, so i've constructed 12 x 12ft.x 6ft high netted area to grow the brassicas.
Going to France for 2 weeks on Sunday so things should have moved on a bit when i return,happy cultivating everyone.
