Hi all,
Just like to say hi, I've just spent the last 2 days digging up a 6' x 20' border which I hope will soon be full with veg.
This is the 1st time I've delved into veg growing so I'm guessing I'll be asking loads of questions

Hello russt1969 .Welcome . I know cheam very well is your soil clay and compacted my sister lives near Sparrow Farm and thats soooooooo heavy. Regards Marmite Sonic Scamp and Spike.

Hi Marmite,
I'm more on the Epsom border. The soil isn't that bad. More chalky than clay

Its a lovely Triton. I dont know if Dumpy's still got it. Sat on it in about '86 and wanted one. Oil leaks included

. Never got one, but there's still time
