Helloooo out there

Hi everyone I am new to this forum thing and also gardening.
I have a bit of a problem when sowing seeds in that I always think something will happen to them so I 'just pop another in just in case'

As a result I have too many spring onions this time.

Has anybody got any suggestions as to what I can do with them?
Any nice recipes etc.
