Default Autumn Veg



I would like to sow seeds for veg now but everyone tells me I can't.

Is there anything that I CAN sow at this time of the year???

get some garlic from your local asian store break them into cloves and put em in when the temps drop
Otherwise get ya ground ready for next year and enjoy the break

I have sewn some broard beans direct in to the ground. If they come up its somthing to watch grow in the winter. Garlic good idea. And welcome

Good evening and welcome to the site. You could also plant some overwintering onion sets and Spring cabbage plants if you can get hold of them.

Default veg ideas for now

Thanks for the ideas .... I love growing garlic as it has such a kick compared to the shop bought stuff.
