Welcome Jim, to a great site and there are no stupid questions. Everyone no matter how long they've been growing things has questions, and there are some very smart people here who are happy to answer them . I'm with Thomas, what's the story behind "Carlsberg forum"? I'm guessing it's got something to do with the "Boss Lady".
