Wink Rusty Leaves

Hi I am new to growing beans and need some help. The beans are wonderful and we have had a good crop for the last two weeks, but the leves are turning brown - what can I do? Apart from the odd blackfly they seem healthy. Cheers

Hi,

Welcome and best of luck with the gardening.

You may wish to post that question in the Pests and Diseases forum.

Hi HappyBean, welcome to our forum!!

There are a few things that could cause your bean leaves to turn brown. Can you please post a photo as that really would help!

Hi,

When you are replying to a post, you have the FONT tool bar, the paper clip is what you need to select to add an attachment. (next to the smiley face)

As most images from cameras are too large to upload use this Microsoft free tool to resize the image. Image Resize

Once you download it, run it, install the application. then all you need to do is right click one or more images and select the option Resize Picture. Very easy to change the file size of your image doing this.

Best of luck.
Jim

Hi HappyBean,
If you go into your user CP, and find The albums and pictures section, you can upload pictures from your computer, into an album, then you can post the said pictures on any posts/ threads throughout the forum.

If you require a step by step guide, i will quite Happily assist you via a PM,
However, you might be lucky, if the "Boss Lady" gets up soon, she will probably help you better,,,,

Either way, I am sure we will get you posting snaps by the Days end,,
cheers stupo.

Hi HappyBean, you can also post photo's as thumbnails. If you have your photo's stored on your PC then it is really simple to post them as clickable thumbnail photo's! To do that, when you click on Post Reply scroll down the page and click on Manage Attachments. Click on 'Browse' which opens the files on your PC. Then click on the file containing your photo's, click on open, then click on your photo file and click on open. Then click on the photo you want and then click on upload. Click on browse again to upload another photo the same way. Then write your post, click on Submit Reply and your thumbnail photo's will appear on your post.

Sorry for the delay but I haven't been in bed (Stupo you are a cheeky devil ) I have a house viewing today so I'm busy cleaning the house and preparing it!!

Thanks for all your advice on my 'Rusty Leaves'. Apparently, it is all down to the wonderful sunshine we are having. Other friends are experiencing the same problem.
