Rusty Turnips and poor brassicas

Hi , can anyone explain why my sweeds go like the attatched photo.
also I have had no success with my cabbage sprouts etc. two years running now grown from seed, planted out, all I get is small thin nothings.

No expert here, but looks like what is known as "Brown Heart", which gives the diagnosis of the problem, as being the Deficiency of "Boron".

However, like said, no Gardening Guru here, so perhaps, you will get better results, waiting for a response from the "Experts".
