Just wanted to say Hi to everyone, Im new to gardening, my mother was a keen gardener but i always hated it, then I moved to France and I saw how quick things grow here (Im from up north so veggies dont grow that well)
Last year we started a small veggie garden, didnt get much done as we had a lot to do renovating this place but the results were fantastic, so this year its already 5 times bigger, not bad for a newbie, but I must admit I would be lost without the internet ![]() |

Good luck to you!
Where is your new French home? I'm French myself, from Vendee (nearest famous town: La Rochelle). Many people like their gardens over there but I think british gardens often look much nicer and neater. So with your british genes and the french climate, I'm sure you'll do marvels! |

![]() It just seemed like everyone I knew found it hard work, here it seems most things grow like mad with very little effort. |
