Default small bugs in soil

I just noticed my tomato plant has tons of small spider/beetle(?) bugs in the soil that have antennas. They stay still unless I blow on them or spray water on them. I sprayed a little garlic water on them but nothing! They are not attacking anything else. Any help with these pests would be appreciated!

Also I have small beetles in the soil of my squash...?

Beetles are a brown color, and the little critter things are whitish/see-through.

Corrie take a look at the colour photo's on these links for vegetable pests in California. They are really good photo's!
