Default spots on broad bean leaves

Hi there
i'm only growing veggies for the second year and i've noticed that several of the leaves on my broad bean plants have single black spots on the centre of them. my mum- my usual guru- thought this might be normal and not any problem- any advice? the plants are all thriving and the leaves all look healthy- no other marks
thanks
katherine

Hi Katherine, and welcome to the site. Are the spots black or dark brown, because it sounds to me like Chocolate Spot. If that`s the case then the plants need to be lifted and burned. ( Or put in the recycling ).
