I have these little nodules as well on my San Morano and was wondering if it is normal.... Perhaps not quite as many though. As you said they appear to be on the main stem near the base....

As far as I know, the bumps are normal. All my toms get it.

As for the mouldy bits, are the plants outside or in the GH? Try not to water the leaves when you water and make sure the plants are spread apart a bit to help ventilation. Are you feeding them?

Can you give me some advice about feeding my tomatoes, please?
They are the cherry style varieties in pots in the greenhouse and have a few small green fruits and lots of flowers now.

Now you have flowers and fruit, feed with a good tomato food once a week, I use Tomorite as it has seaweed in to help the plants. I also add to it a bit more liquid seaweed as it really is a great tonic.
As you water the base, also water the leaves as a foliar feed.

If you were to plant your toms deeper, those nodules are where the roots would sprout. As for the leaf damage, that is scorch, not mould. It`s caused by water droplets magnifying the heat ( or cold ).

Hi all! I am new to the forum and I hope you will be able to help me.
Because I the pictures in this treat are not so good I decided to ask for my problem and upload pictures of my plant.
I have 11 Cherry Tomato plants which I have grown from a seed in containers. Once they were big enough and the weather was good I took them out in the garden. They were fine, but from some time are showing signs for some problem. The problem areas are only on the leaves. I am feeding them regularly with tomato feed and I water them regularly too. There are small insects which are on the plants and I have sprayed them twice with bug killer for veggies. You can see what the insects look like and what is the condition of the leaves. I have big book for gardening but I am not sure what their problem is and what is the treatment. I don't want them to die because they have so many fruits....
Thank you in advance for the help!!!
