Cucumber Fruit Rot & Leaf Brown Spot

I grew cucumber sine 40 days and start harvesting the fruit last week, but lately i noticed a strange problem leaves have many brown spots on it and the new formed fruit become yellow then brown and the photo shows the symptoms:
