Strange Bug!

Hello all!

This is my first post and I hope you can help?

Down at the allotment today I saw several very bright orange and black stripy bugs. They kind of looked like tiny (about 5mm) slugs as I couldnt see any legs. I will try and get a picture tomorrow.

Please post a photo! Sounds fascinating! Only thing I can think of is ladybird larvae but I think they have quite visible legs! Definitely sounds like larvae of something though... Hope they aren't eating anything they shouldn't be!

Went to look again yesterday but couldn't see any more of the orange and black bugs! Its good I suppose!
Maybe its because its been hot and not wet like Friday and Saturday last week. he good news was that i saw it on a weed! Fingers crossed as yet nothing else has had any trouble! I will keep looking for the little critters!
