Default brown marks on tomatoes

Hi
This is my first year of tomatoes. My yellow bush toms have brown marks, sort of speckled. The red ones have been treated the same but do not have this.
Any ideas, please?

They do sometimes develop small brown skin imperfections. I think it's down to the growing conditions and variety. I have a bit of marking on some of my Harzfeuers, a smallish red tomato. You don't really notice them when eating the fruit, and certainly not if you cook them.
