cauliflower

Hi people,

I have grown cauliflower this year. some have grown well, however some have had a purple type colour on the heads and then a brown colour and then ( i presume ) dead !!
anyone know what it may be ??

My mom is the master to make best recipe of cauliflower. In the last week at my home, guest was there and my mom made cauliflower recipe. It was very testy and I think in every week two times must for it.
