Default Parsnips.

Please could anyone tell me if the parsnips are okay to eat if they have brown markings on them? Thank you.

The brown marks are usually a sign that they've been nibbled by the carrot root fly, as long as you cut out / peel those bits, then they are perfectly fine to eat! Well done you having parsnips this year, ours all failed!
