Default Tomato problems

Hi

I've been trying to find out what's causing problems for my tomato plants. It's only affecting the ones grown outside at the moment. The closest result I can get is "magnesium deficiency". But to me it seems more like disease.

Symptoms:
1. Black blotches on leaves.
2. No new grow
3. Wilting, curling upward leaves.

I'll attach pictures as soon as I can get them off my phone.
