What's killing this potato?

Hi,

I have a number of potato plants growing but one looks very sick.

Not sure what to do - cut it out, leave it alone....

See attached picture, would appreciate any advice.

I'm looking at my cat and wondering if the little st$%$ has been using it as a toilet but I can' see any signs of that on the soil.

I'm going to ensure that's not the problem, by building a wired dome for each of the 9x6 raised beds using chicken wire and some left over posts.

Your potato plant requires proper sunlight,watering and right fertilizer with NPK formula.
