Hi Tommy. Just from your pics it may be scale (the white spots on the trunk) or possibly a type of blight (the dried up folliage) but my first choice would be some type of canker. If it's scale you could probably save it by doing a spray treatment next year but I'm sorry to say that if it's one of the later you may want to remove it before it affects the other trees. If you know an arborist he or she may be able to give you better advice than I can. Good luck with the tree, it's a cute little thing.
