Help something not right with my tomatos

Hi

Hope somebody can help me - something is happening to my tomato plants:

Apart from this the leaves aren't curling or anything and the tomatoes while still green look perfect and all have good heavy crops

UPDATE:
Tomatos have suddenly started to droop or lean over under weight of Tomatos (not sure which) - they are a bushing type but I have now cained them up - but I am slightly worried this could be a symptom of the above - as they were upright and sturdy yesterday
