Rosemary is on a distinguished road
Default Borlotti Beans

My borlotti beans are coming along nice. This is the first time growing them. I would like to use them in casseroles over the winter. How do I keep the beans? Should the pods be left on the plants to dry the beans out? Can borlotti beans be frozen?

havent had a chance to check but i know on the real seed uk site they have loads of seed saving information.
