Default use up your chillies

fiery chilli baste

2tblsp muscovao sugar
5tblsp tomato ketchup
6tblsp cider vinegar
2tblsp worcester sauce
1/4 onion finely chopped
1 or 2 chopped chillies of your choice
METHOD
dissolve sugar in 6 fl oz water in aheavy based saucepan, when dissolved add remaining ingredients and bring to the boil, simmer until reduced to the required consistancy, the use to baste meat or vegetables.
can be kept in a jar or frozen for later use.
