Everything seems fine, it was a bit slow yesterday, but maybe that's because I have a dial-up server.

Nicos, put your glasses on!!!

Spell check is also on the Quick Reply option on the top bar at the far right. There are three symbols. Starting from the far right there is a sloping A, next to that arrows pointing up and down and then next to the arrows a blue tick with ABC above it. That is the spell check. It must be there!!

The button is there Lesley but you can't click it, not sure why though. I have Firefox instead of using Internet Explorer like most people so it has a built in spell checker.

It gives you the option of downloading ieSpell for Internet Explorer Adam. The problem that Nicos has is that the blue tick with ABC above it just isn't on her screen. I don't know why but it has never been there.

spell check is great for making it easy to read , but takes the personality of the person out of the conversation
and also we can see if you spent your childhood up a fruit tree scrumpying or in a classroom with a head in a book

Thumbs down

I seem to have the odd problem. Pages are slow to load, wraparound text is disabled and no-ones avatars are working!

Apart from that.......

Still no spell check for me !! ( just thought you should know there is no icon there- no idea why but there you go! Strange isn't it?? Got the AA and the double up and down arrows on the right above the smilies, but nothing else next to it. Just wondering now if my computer has interacted and removed it cos it provides an alternative?!)
I have firefox too - so I depend on that now!!

O.R.D. We're back on-line, isn't that enough? (Err, can't find the "Smilies")That's probably 'cause I'm useless on these things. Hi, rb.
