Default Are my tomatoes dead?

Hi
I have had a major tomato crisis and would welcome any advice.
I put my seedlings in a plastic greenhouse and had been putting them outside for a few hours a day.
Unfortunately there was a very hot spell and by the time I had got to them they had seriously wilted. I opened the greenhouse, moved them into the shade and gave them a good drink of water.
Now a lot of them have crispy brown leaves and are looking somewhat dead.
Are they beyond salvation.
I would welcome any advice.
Many thanks
Chris

Have you seen my watering tomatoes thread?

It could be a bit of sunburn - but really I am no expert whatsoever so don't take my word for it!

Just a couple of days - I watered them at night with water that had been sat with them all day so it was the same temperature - I gave them a good soaking and then left the greenhouse open all the next day, and they seem to be a bit better this morning!

Gosh, it's harder than looking after pets!!!

Hi Chris and welcome! As long as the central growing leaves are green and not damaged they will be fine.
