Default cutting back 9-star perennial

Hi everyone, i'm new here and this is my first post. was wondering if anyone has experience growing 9-star perenial broccoli-cauliflower. i've finished harvesting mine a couple weeks ago and was getting ready to cut them back as i've seen advised on a number of sites. what i'm not so sure about is how far to cut them back. can anyone help?

Dave
